Grapevine Heart Doorhangers

These heart doorhangers are such a cute alternative to a large wreath on your door or wall. They are narrow enough to fit in between doors as well! The hearts themselves measure 22" wide and 21" tall and 0.75" deep. Florals and ribbon along the bottom tip do extend a few extra inches.
