Our coffee is grown on small farms around the world and is a combination of Colombian, Costa Rican, and Brazil Coffee. Colombian is known for its acidity and full flavor, Costa Rican for its sweet nutty notes, and Brazil for its smoothness. Ruby Brew Coffee is roasted with manual roasters in small batches by roastmasters trained to use their eyes, ears, and nose to determine the final roast levels. It is a medium roast that helps to preserve acidity as well as the caffeine content and is packaged in valve bags to keep oxygen out and your coffee fresh.
